Anjeka-7354 is an acrylic surface additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free coatings, UV-curable printing inks and overprint varnishes, and room-temperature curing plastics, and is a standard leveling additive with a defoaming effect.

Store in a cool dry place. Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

Features and Benefits:
This additive improves leveling and gloss, produces a long-wave effect, and prevents shrinkage. The acrylate additive reduces surface tension only slightly, does not affect recoatability or interlayer adhesion and is heat stable.

This additive is recommended for solvent-borne and solvent-free coating systems, UV-curable printing inks and overprint varnishes.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
0.2-1% Additive dosage (as supplied) is based on the total formulation.
The above data are empirical and the optimum dosage should be determined through a series of tests.
INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
Can be added at any stage of production, including post addition. For better defoaming performance, it is recommended to add at the grinding stage.
