GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-6071 is a polymeric wetting and dispersing additive designed for aqueous coatings, printing inks, and adhesives. It serves as a standard additive for formulating resin-free pigment concentrates and is a versatile, general-purpose dispersant suitable for both inorganic and organic pigments.

STORAGE & HANDLING

If stored or transported below 0°C, separation or haze may occur. Warm to 20°C and mix thoroughly before use.

Recommended maximum shelf life: 12 months.

Provides pigment deflocculation via steric stabilization, resulting in smaller particle size for higher gloss, increased color strength, improved transparency (for transparent pigments), and enhanced hiding power (for opaque pigments).

Reduces system viscosity, improving flow properties and allowing for higher pigment loading.

Particularly effective for producing stable, resin-free pigment concentrates with 30–60% pigment content. These concentrates are compatible with standard aqueous bases such as acrylic dispersions, water-soluble acrylic resins, and acrylic emulsions for tinting.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Dosage (as supplied) based on pigment weight:

Titanium Dioxide & Inorganic Pigments: 4% – 10%

Organic Pigments: 30% – 90%

Carbon Black: 50% – 140%
Note: The above are empirical starting points. The optimum dosage must be determined through laboratory testing.

INCORPORATION & PROCESSING
Grinding can be performed in water and co-solvent. First, mix the additive thoroughly with water. Add pigments only after the additive is fully dispersed.
