GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-4320-20X is a pre-dispersed polyamide wax in a solvent blend, engineered to provide anti-settling properties for pigments and fillers while imparting anti-sagging and thixotropic effects in coating systems.

STORAGE & HANDLING
Store in a cool, well-ventilated place away from heat and open flames.
Keep container tightly sealed.
Storage Temperature: 0°C to 40°C. If stored below 25°C, warm to approximately 25°C before use to ensure fluidity.
Recommended maximum shelf life: 12 months.
 
SPECIAL NOTES
If the product dries, crusts, or forms lumps due to improper sealing, remove the hardened portion before use to avoid dispersion difficulties.
 
APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Superior Thixotropy: Provides a stronger thixotropic effect than conventional anti-settling agents, offering effective thickening and anti-sagging properties for most solvent-borne coatings, particularly in high-build applications.
Stable Viscosity & Anti-Settling: Maintains viscosity stability and prevents pigment settling. Any minor settling that occurs is easily re-dispersed without forming hard pack.
Metallic/Orientation Aid: Facilitates the orientation and positioning of aluminum and pearlescent pigments, enhancing their glittering effect.
Easy Incorporation: Can be dispersed uniformly using a high-speed mixer without requiring a grinding stage.
Convenient Processing: No heat activation needed. Optimal dispersion is achieved within a temperature range of 20-40°C.
Primary Application Sectors:
Solvent-borne coatings, solvent-borne inks, UV-curable systems, caulks, and adhesives.
 
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
For Anti-Settling: 0.5% – 2.0%
For Anti-Sagging/Thixotropy: 2.0% – 5.0%
Note: These are empirical starting points. The optimal dosage must be determined through practical testing.
 
INCORPORATION & PROCESSING
Anjeka-4320-20X requires dispersion to develop its full thixotropic structure.
Optimal Equipment: High-speed mixer with a peripheral speed of ≥4 m/s.
Key Parameters:
Temperature: < 40°C (optimal: 25-35°C)
Time: ≤ 60 minutes (optimal: 30-40 minutes)
This ensures complete dispersion without over-shear, which could damage the wax structure.
