GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-7421 is a high-performance silicone surfactant specially developed for water-based coatings, printing inks, and overprint varnishes. It effectively lowers surface tension and greatly enhances substrate wetting performance. It offers outstanding wetting capabilities on challenging low-energy surfaces such as wood and plastics, while maintaining excellent compatibility with the system.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
At temperatures below 5°C, phase separation or clouding may appear. To restore uniformity, gently heat to 20°C and stir thoroughly.
Long-term storage beyond 12 months is not advised.

SPECIAL NOTES
Shows reliable long-term stability in coating formulations within pH range 4-10. To prevent haze or cloudiness, incorporate a minor quantity of co-solvent (approximately 5% relative to total solvent) when using Anjeka-7421. In formulations containing high levels of co-solvents, its performance may decrease — in such cases, we suggest switching to Anjeka-7333.

Industrial Coatings
Features and Benefits:
This additive strongly decreases surface tension in waterborne systems, leading to superior leveling and substrate wetting. It exhibits little to no foam stabilization, preserves recoatability, and demonstrates good compatibility with white carbon black. It does not enhance surface slip. For applications needing increased surface slip, consider combining with or using Anjeka-7333.

APPLICATION SECTORS
Recommended for all types of water-based coatings, printing inks, and overprint varnishes, especially when a small portion of co-solvent is included in the recipe.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS
0.05-0.5% of the additive (as supplied) based on the total formulation weight.
These values are based on experience — the ideal dosage should be optimized through lab testing.

INCORPORATION and PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
The additive can be incorporated at any production stage, but best results are achieved by adding it during the final phase of coating manufacturing.
