Objective: The customer requires a waterborne resin-free pigment paste (no co-solvent). Pigments submitted: green and organic yellow. Pigment content: 25–30%. Hot storage at 55°C for 7 days with no significant change. No specific fineness requirement. High viscosity acceptable (paste form is also acceptable). Heat urea to 120–123°C until melted, add 0.03% pigment paste, mix well, pour onto a clean floor, and allow to naturally solidify. After drying, observe whether the urea color chip is uniform, with no color spots required. |
