GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-6622 is a VOC- and solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive designed for solvent-borne and solvent-free coatings, floor coverings, and printing inks. Owing to its broad compatibility, it is especially recommended for manufacturing pigment concentrates. Its 100% active composition makes it highly suitable for high-solids and solvent-free systems.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
Store in a cool, dry place. Mix thoroughly before use. Separation or turbidity may occur below 0°C; if observed, warm to 20°C and stir until homogeneous.

Features and Benefits:
Anjeka-6622 deflocculates and stabilizes pigments through steric hindrance. It imparts a uniform charge to different pigments, preventing co-flocculation. As a result, gloss and color strength are enhanced, transparency of transparent pigments and hiding power of opaque pigments are improved, while paste viscosity is simultaneously reduced.

APPLICATION SECTORS
With its high active content, Anjeka-6622 is particularly suitable for high-solids systems and floor coatings, and exhibits broad compatibility with common coating resins such as alkyds, cellulose, polyols, chlorinated rubbers, epoxies, and polyurethanes. It significantly lowers paste viscosity, enabling higher pigment loading.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Dosage is based on dispersant solids relative to pigment weight:
Inorganic pigments: 5%–10%
Titanium dioxide: 1%–3%
Organic pigments: 10%–35%
Carbon black: 15%–75%
These figures are empirical; optimal dosage should be verified through testing.

INCORPORATION and PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
For best results, incorporate the wetting and dispersing agent into the mill base prior to pigment addition. In resin-free dispersions, premix the solvent with the additive under agitation before adding pigments. In resin-containing dispersions, ensure the resin, solvent, and additive are thoroughly blended before introducing pigments.
