GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-3050 is a blocked acid catalyst designed for use in amino-baking paints. It significantly
reduces baking temperature and time without causing cure-related wrinkling. During paint
formulation and storage, the temperature should not exceed 60°C.

Solvent: Butyl cellulose solvent (butyl glycol e ther)/ethanol
STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
Keep the container tightly closed. Store in a cool, well-ventilated place (10°C–30°C), away from
heat and direct sunlight. The product has a shelf life of 12 months. If used beyond this period, the
performance should be tested and confirmed to be acceptable before continued use.
SPECIAL NOTES
Viscosity of the paint system during storage should be monitored.
APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Anjeka-3050 exhibits optimal performance at 120°C and remains effective even at temperatures as
low as 90°C. It is water-dilutable and offers excellent storage stability. The resulting coatings have
high gloss and are resistant to wrinkling. The product does not compromise the salt spray
resistance of the cured film.

Waterborne and solvent-based amino-baking paints.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
Additive dosage: 0.5%–3%
The above dosage is based on general recommendations. The optimal amount should be
determined through a series of tests.
